This policy explains what to expect regarding remaining factory warranty, inspection reports, and our role as a referral broker operated by zoonix LLC — not as a car dealer, exporter, or shipper.

We rely on data, inspection reports, and photos available from the Korean market and the licensed export partner at the time of selection. We review key inspection points with you before referring you to the export partner to confirm the order.

We do not guarantee the vehicle is free of defects not listed in the report or not visible through standard inspection. Final inspection and condition confirmation is the export partner's responsibility.

If factory warranty still applies in Korea, we show remaining months and mileage as listed in the available data.

International warranty transfer may require steps with a local dealer — we share guidance but you must confirm acceptance in your country.

We provide referral and brokerage services only: we help you select a vehicle and introduce you to an independent, licensed Korean export partner. Purchase, final inspection, export, and invoicing are the export partner's responsibility — they contract with you directly.

Post-delivery warranty claims in your country are handled with the export partner, the local agent, or insurer as applicable.
