Refund & dispute policy

When you can cancel or get money back before shipping — clearly, without promises that are not on your invoice.

1. Before any bank transfer

We do not ask for payment until you have reviewed the Encar report, photos, and written quote. You may withdraw with no financial obligation.

2. Inspection stage (before shipping)

TODO(business): confirm with legal — insert exact refund rule if the car does not match the Encar report or agreed condition before export.

  • We do not start export/shipping prep until you confirm the car and invoice in writing.
  • If you request an on-site Korea video, the service fee and credit toward purchase are explained before you pay.

Until the policy is finalized in writing: any pre-shipment refund follows the invoice terms and written agreement we send before you pay.

3. After shipping starts

Once the vehicle is booked on a vessel and the bill of lading process begins, cancellation is limited by freight and document costs already incurred, as stated on the invoice.

4. Disputes

Contact us first on WhatsApp or info@koreacarexp.com with the Encar ID or car link. We review records and respond within two business days.
