By using the Korea Car Export website or contacting us to request a vehicle or quote, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site is operated by zoonix LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (USA). We provide referral and brokerage services only. We are not the seller, exporter, or shipper of any vehicle.

We help international buyers (especially in Gulf countries) select used or semi-new vehicles from the Korean market and introduce you to an independent, licensed Korean export partner. The export partner buys the vehicle, inspects it, prepares export documentation, books shipping, and invoices you directly — they contract with you, not us.

Information on the site (prices, images, specifications) is indicative and may change. A binding offer is confirmed in writing by the export partner after vehicle availability is verified.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (identity, address, phone, destination port).

Displayed prices are indicative estimates only, not a binding offer. The final price is set by the export partner and may change. Shipping, duties, and local taxes are not included unless explicitly stated in a written quote.

Customs, taxes, local port charges, registration, and insurance in your country are excluded unless explicitly included in a written quote.

Payment is made to the export partner directly, not to zoonix LLC. Full payment is not requested before availability and inspection are confirmed. Typically accepted payment: bank deposit or international wire (SWIFT) — no cards or crypto. Currency and schedule are set on the export partner's invoice.

We rely on data, inspection reports, and photos available from the Korean market and the export partner. We do not guarantee the vehicle is free of undisclosed defects. Buyers may request additional inspection before final payment as agreed.

If the vehicle is sold in Korea before your purchase completes, we will offer suitable alternatives or refund deposits per written agreement.

You are responsible for complying with your country's laws (vehicle age, emissions, approvals, and local homologation). We provide general guidance; final customs decisions belong to local authorities.

Shipping times are estimates (often 16–26 days at sea after preparation) and may vary due to weather, schedules, or official procedures.

You must not:

• Use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to hack systems or harvest other users' data.
• Republish site content without written permission.
• Provide false identity or order information.

Korea Car Export branding, design, and our proprietary text are owned by zoonix LLC and protected. Vehicle images and manufacturer marks belong to their owners. Personal use of information is permitted; commercial reuse requires written consent.

The site is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits from site use.

Our role is limited to referral and brokerage. We are not a party to any contract to sell or export a vehicle — that contract is made directly between you and the export partner.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our referral service shall not exceed any amount you paid directly to us (if any), unless mandatory law requires otherwise. We are not liable for acts or omissions of the export partner.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury where exclusion is not permitted.

The site may link to WhatsApp, social networks, or Korean market vehicle-listing sources. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the site at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, unless mandatory consumer protection in your country provides otherwise.

We seek amicable resolution first. Failing that, the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA, have jurisdiction unless the parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute method.

We may update these Terms. The current version is published at /terms with the update date. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance.
