Import regulations for Russia vary and change frequently. We have not yet completed fully documented research for this country on our site.
Important note
Since 2022, South Korea has restricted car exports to Russia (bans tied to engine size and vehicle value), and Korean customs recently tightened enforcement against shipments effectively destined for Russia routed through third countries such as Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. We do not currently offer direct export service to Russia, and we will not help route a shipment through a third country to work around these restrictions.
